We started with just a handful of patients.

Today, 3,000 patients a day have comfort and dignity Valleywide.

Hospice of the Valley had 2 volunteer nurses in 1977.

Today, our families are nurtured by care teams; doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and bereavement counselors.

51 trained volunteers joined Hospice of the Valley in October 1978.

Today, more than 2000 dedicated volunteers brighten our patients' days.
