What is the deadline to submit photos?

5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Please note the program format can accommodate the first 1,000 photo submissions. Additional photos will be featured on our Light Up a Life Tribute page after November 21, 2023.

Can I still submit a photo if I miss the deadline?

We are honored to post photos received past the deadline on our Light Up a Life Tribute page after November 21, 2023. To submit a tribute page photo, contact us at (602) 530-6992 or LUAL@hov.org.

What channel will air the program?

AZTV-Channel 7, Dish Channel 8331, DIRECTV Channel 7, Cox Channel 7 or 1007.

How long is the program?

About one hour long.

If I miss the program on television, how can I see it later?

On November 20, the televised Light Up a Life program will be available for viewing at aztv.com/LightUpaLife.

May I have an additional paper dove ornament for my tree at home?

Yes, please contact us at (602) 530-6992 or LUAL@hov.org to request one.

Why isn’t this event in person?

We have found we are able to honor many more patients and families through the broadcast. Additionally, families can view the program later by going to aztv.com/LightUpaLife and share it with their extended family and friends anywhere in the world. We hope you will join us for this special presentation on AZTV-Channel 7.
