Grief Support Groups
Healing through sharing.
Hospice of the Valley offers virtual and in-person grief support groups to anyone in our community who has experienced a loss through death. There is no fee and sharing takes place in a supportive and confidential environment. Questions? Call us: (602) 530-6970.
Students needing to observe our groups are welcome to do so after completing a pre-registration through our Education Dept. Groups are allowed one student observer per session. Please call (602) 636-5300 or Education@hov.org.

Mindfulness practice helps people relax, focus and breathe, which calms the mind and body. Mindfulness classes are held weekly for the public and HOV staff. All are welcome. No fee and no registration.
