We treasure our military veteran patients and are privileged to offer a special tribute visit to honor their service and sacrifice. Volunteers, who are military veterans themselves, come to the home and bestow a recognition pinning and keepsake flag to express gratitude. Memories are shared and any delayed trauma (PTSD) from wartime memories can be addressed by trained staff. That’s why we have a dedicated Pulmonary Resource Team that helps patients and families develop a customized treatment plan that lets everyone breathe easier.
