Grief at the holidays event set for Nov. 8
“Coping with Grief at the Holidays,” a community discussion, will be held:

Hospice of the Valley grief support counselors will help the audience learn ways to move through the holiday season after the death of a loved one. Suggestions will include reaching consensus with family about the holidays; simplifying holiday observances; supporting children and taking care of yourself. There is no charge to attend.
