The West Clinical Office is the home base for the Hospice of the Valley care teams that serve the West Valley. Nurses, social workers, chaplains and nursing aides begin their days here, then travel to serve patients in Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, El Mirage, Sun City/Sun City West, Tolleson, West and Northwest Phoenix, Laveen, Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Tonopah, El Mirage, Waddell, Youngtown, Wickenburg, Congress, Aguila, Arlington, Gila Bend, Morristown and Palo Verde.
Being based in the neighborhoods we serve means we are never far away when a family needs us.
This is a clinical office, not a walk-in location. Our care comes to the patient, wherever they call home.
