East Clinical Office

Care that comes to you

The East Clinical Office is the home base for the Hospice of the Valley care teams that serve the East Valley and northern Pinal County. Nurses, social workers, chaplains and nursing aides begin their days here, then travel to serve patients in Ahwatukee, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Maricopa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Casa Grande, Arizona City, Coolidge, Eloy, Florence, Sacaton, Picacho and Stanfield. Located just steps from our Lund Home inpatient care home, it keeps our care teams close to the families and neighborhoods they serve. 

Being based in the neighborhoods we serve means we are never far away when a family needs us.

This is a clinical office, not a walk-in location. Our care comes to the patient, wherever they call home.
