Care that comes to you

The Central Clinical Office is the home base for the Hospice of the Valley care teams that serve Phoenix and surrounding areas. Nurses, social workers, chaplains and nursing aides begin their days here, then travel to serve patients in Central, North, East, South and West Phoenix, Ahwatukee Foothills and Tempe.

Being based in the neighborhoods we serve means we are never far away when a family needs us.

This is a clinical office, not a walk-in location. Our care comes to the patient, wherever they call home.
