News & Resources

Hospice of the Valley shares information about quality end-of-life care with the community. Over the years the Valley news media have publicized topics relating to hospice and palliative care, including a day in the life of a hospice nurse, pediatric hospice care and coverage of our annual holiday bereavement event “Light Up a Life.” We share their touching stories with you in this section, as well as our press releases.

Also available are newsletters, guides and our annual report describing programs and services.
Our video library stores the many videos on this website, including first-person testimonials from patients, family caregivers, and the bereaved; informative videos, such as our dementia program; our TV commercials and a look at what services are financed through community donations.
We also provide you with free living will and medical power of attorney forms, as well as general resources including brochures and links.
